The location was fantastic for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff were always kind and helpful 😃. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good range of choices.

The shower curtain could be better. It didn't quite keep water contained 🚿.

5* for the staff...outstanding!friendly, smilly, happy to assist you with information regarding the city, shops etc...just ask!!!.Good location, close to the old city (6-7 minutes approx.).close to the harbour, both terminals 12-15 minutes on foot..nice breakfast..a library with free access to internet and printing- felt like everything were made at the limit for this hotel to get 4*...

The bathroom needs a shower cabin.Water all over the place...like an internal flood!!! Linen should be changed with new.Mattress to soft(that is of course a matter of personal taste) felt like you are sinking...a metal frame outside the window make sound during rainfall(quite annoying).

Reasonable location, easy to find, though a little further from the old town than we expected. Ambience good within the hotel, and the rooms were excellent. with a pleasant internal courtyard. On the outside the hotel is flanked by large roads, so the setting is not scenic. Would recommend as excellent value for money on the reduced rate that we had.

Absolutely everything. I have never meet such pleasant & helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Airis Sai assisted us to book a boat trip to Helsinki which was wonderful. She also recommended some fantastic restaurants including one at their sister hotel called the Meek and the Lieb Restaurant was also one of the best I have ever eaten in. The breakfast in the Bern was really good.We will certainly return to Tallin and the Bern. We have visited many cities in Europe however Tallin tops the list it is truly a fantastic city. The airport is only a ten minute bus ride and costs only one euro on bus number 2. This is a city well worth visiting and you will not find a better place to stay than the Bern.

Charming stay near the old town

My suite with sauna was exactly as pictured-spacious and charming. The bed was super comfortable, and the views were good. Breakfast hours were flexible, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is well-situated, close to the Tallinn Old Town Center. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! Rooms were small but comfortable and had all the amenities of a more upscale hotel (complimentary bathrobes&slippers, mini-bar), free wi-fi, etc. The included breakfast was amazing! We were extremely pleased with everything about our stay and would recommend this place highly!

Great location near Old Town and convenient tram access.

The room felt stuffy and lacked proper ventilation. Despite requesting assistance, the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving me uncomfortable. The staff at check-in seemed indifferent, only expressing interest in upselling breakfast rather than providing a warm welcome.

The hotel is located in a vibrant entertainment district, perfect for exploring Tallinn. I was impressed by the cleanliness of our room, and the air conditioning, especially with my father joining us for the trip.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be better.

Staff was superfriendly, location was excellent with the downtown area just a few minutes walk, internet worked really well, breakfast was good...

Both my wife and myself found all the staff very welcoming and helpful. The location was first class. Very close to Tallinn Old Town, the Tourist Buses and other amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide choice including two hot dishes.

No real problem but the towels were much thinner than we have experienced in other hotels in other parts of the world.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bern very much. This was due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, together with the cleanliness of the hotel in general but in particular our room and en suite bathroom. During our 5 night stay the bedding was changed once and the towels most days which we thought was excellent. The breakfast offered a good selection and the staff were very attentive, always ensuring that everything was available at all times. The location of the hotel was excellent and being off the main road was very quiet whilst being in walking distance from the old town. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others or return for another visit ourselves. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would like to thank the staff for their kind assistance.

The only negative comment we have to make is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. If this had been available we would have had no negative comment to make at all.
